I live in Plymstock with my family. I have worked in a number of local bike shops over the past few years gaining my qualifications as a Bike Mechanic.
In addition to this I am a very keen cyclist who rides for local club Plymouth Corinthian Cycling Club, I also enjoy Road Racing, Time Trialling, and Cyclo Sportives. My favourite discipline is time trialling (racing against the clock).
In 2010 I was ranked 6th in the South West for time trialling out of 250+ competitors. 2011 has been my best year to date on the bike finishing 4th in this competition !
Ken Holder

Age 42
Ken lives in Plymouth after spending most of his life travelling around doing various jobs, including serving 9 years in the RAF and 10 years with Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service, as a Firefighter/Watch Manager. Ken love cycling and has raced for many years at various levels.
Ken's claim to fame is racing with the brilliant British Sprinting sensation and Tour De France rider Mark Cavendish (He is very fast). Ken has also ran many half marathons, and also done a fair few triathlons over the years, Cycled from Lands End to John O Groats, and completed the hardest Cycle Sportif in the world the Marmotte in the French Alps.
Ken left the Fire Service (Shropshire) after 10 years in order to move down to the south west to be with his partner and her son, and in doing so decided to start my own business as a cycle courier.
In September 2010 Ken started a new job at Plymouth City Council managing the transport team. I wish Ken all the very best for the future!
Justin Roberts

Age 19
Justin is a very keen cyclist, riding for local club Plymouth Corinthians. Justin helps out with PL4 deliveries two days per week. Justin is also a qualified gym instructor.

Ben helps out three times a week collecting mail from Peverell, Mannamead and Mutley Plain. Ben is studying at Plymouth University.

Age 70
Gordon helps out twice a week collecting mail from Peverell, Mannamead and Mutley Plain. Gordon retired from work 10 years ago....

Part Time Chamberlink Distribution
Ian helps out with the Chamberlink Magazine distribution every two months. Ian works full time at Kawasaki Precision Machinery at Ernesettle as the Engineering Manager.
