I now live in Plymouth after spending most of my life travelling around doing various jobs, including serving 9 years in the RAF and 10 years with Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service, as a Firefighter/Watch Manager.I love cycling and have raced for many years at various levels.
My claim to fame is I have raced with the brilliant British Sprinting sensation and Tour De France rider Mark Cavendish (He is very fast). I have also ran many half marathons, and also done a fair few triathlons over the years.I left the Fire Service to move down to the south west to be with my partner and her son and in doing so decided to start my own business.

Tom lives in Plymouth and is currently in his 3rd year at Plymouth University, He is an extremely keen mountain biker and has taken part in 24 hour challenge rides and races. Tom is also a member of the Wutan School of martial arts and is studying Kung Fu. Tom has been working for us since early September.
